What is Murafe?
Murafe (مُرافِع) is cloud-based legal practice management software built for law offices in the State of Qatar. It keeps case files, hearings and judgments, clients and opponents, fee agreements and vouchers, documents and powers of attorney, and a client portal together in one Arabic-first system.
It is designed around the way law offices in Qatar actually work, so it follows the way Qatari files actually move: every litigation degree has its own file linked to the rest of the dispute, the names of Qatari courts, prosecution offices and committees come preloaded, and every amount is kept in Qatari riyals.
Nothing needs installing: Murafe works in the browser on desktops, phones and tablets alike. Every office gets a private web address, its own branding and a separate database.

Yes. There is one all-inclusive package with every module and unlimited users, and its price follows your office's size and needs, so a sole practitioner and a large firm work with the same complete system.
Yes, through the client portal. Your office decides what each client sees, from hearings and updates to chosen document types and their financial account, and clients can message the office from the portal instead of calling.
When a judgment is recorded, Murafe proposes the last date to appeal from the judgment date and the period your office has configured for that degree and case type. The lawyer reviews the date, alerts go out 7 days and 2 days before it, and legal responsibility for the deadline stays with your office.
Your office's data sits in its own database, separate from every other office. Inside the office, each user sees only what their role allows, confidential cases stay with their team, and Murafe's support team can sign in only if your office allows it.
It handles the money side of legal work: fee agreements split into instalments, receipt and payment vouchers in Qatari riyals, office expenses, client statements and a financial summary. It does not connect to external accounting software.
