Your clients' secrets, kept safe

Clear controls that your office manages itself: data kept apart from every other office, precise permissions for each staff member, and a log of every action in the system.

A separate database for each office

Your office's data sits in a database of its own, shared with no other office, and its uploaded files in a storage space of their own.

Encrypted connection (HTTPS)

Everything exchanged between the browser and the server travels over an encrypted connection.

Securely hashed passwords

Passwords are never stored as plain text, and an account is locked for 15 minutes after 5 failed sign-in attempts in a row.

Precise roles and permissions

Each role opens only the sections, amounts and documents it is granted, and confidential cases stay with their team.

An audit log of every action

Who added, edited, deleted, merged, printed, viewed or downloaded what, when, and from which device.

Daily backups

A copy of your office's database and uploaded files is taken every day, so its work stays preserved.

Automatic sign-out when idle

Users are signed out after the period of inactivity your office sets, and a temporary password must be changed at first sign-in.

Preview without download

Permission to view a document is separate from permission to download and print it.

Support access only with your permission

Your office decides whether Murafe's support team may sign in to its system, and can switch that access off from its own settings at any time. Every support sign-in is recorded in the audit log, so the office can always see when it happened.

Connection details for email and WhatsApp are stored encrypted, and documents are served only through the system, after it has checked the user's permission.

What stays with your office

We design Murafe's controls to help your office protect its clients' data and meet the requirements that apply in the State of Qatar. Assessing legal compliance remains the responsibility of each office.

Good habits complete the picture: keep passwords private, sign out when leaving a shared computer, use the remember-me option only on a personal device, and send client documents only through channels your office approves.
