These terms govern the use of Murafe, provided by Murafe. By using the service, or by your office subscribing to it, you agree to these terms.
Definitions
- The service: the Murafe system and the websites and applications connected with it.
- The office: the party subscribing to the service.
- Users: the office's staff and anyone the office gives access to, including its clients through the client portal.
Subscription and accounts
- The office undertakes that its details are correct and to keep its login details confidential, and it is responsible for the use of its users' accounts.
- The chosen package sets the number of users, the storage space and the modules available.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for any unlawful purpose, in a way that harms the service or other users, or to attempt unauthorised access to data or systems.
The office's data
- The data the office enters remains its property, and the office remains responsible for its lawfulness and for its relationship with its clients.
- We process this data only to provide the service, in line with the privacy policy.
Fees
Subscription fees are due in Qatari riyals according to the agreed package and period, and the account may be suspended for late payment after the office has been notified.
Availability and maintenance
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and running and to protect its data; the service may stop temporarily for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
Legal values in the system
The starting values in the system (such as appeal periods and the names of bodies) are there to help only; the office is responsible for reviewing and adopting them in accordance with the law.
Ending the subscription
Either party may end the subscription as agreed, and how the office receives a copy of its data is agreed with the office.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Changes
We may amend these terms, and we notify subscribing offices of material changes before they take effect.
